Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once service details, pickup/delivery locations, and pricing are agreed with our team.
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your move by contacting us in advance; we'll do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Any advance paid may be adjusted or refunded as per the terms discussed at the time of booking.
